Yes. We work on a 100% fixed-price basis: the price you are quoted is the price you pay. There are no meters, no surge pricing at busy times, and no surcharge if traffic is slow.
Your booking confirmation explains the meeting point for your airport and terminal. Pick-up arrangements differ by airport, so please follow the location stated in your confirmation.
Prime Airport Transfer is licensed by Three Rivers District Council under private-hire operator licence PHOP019.
Yes. You can request a child or booster seat when you book. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement; a cleaning charge may apply. Please tell us when you book so we send a suitable vehicle.
New online bookings require secure card payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Existing bookings keep their agreed payment arrangements.
We check the flight arrival time you provide and adjust the planned pickup when necessary. A delayed flight does not by itself change the fixed fare. The airport waiting allowance and any additional waiting charges are explained in our terms.
Yes. We can email a booking and journey receipt. Rapid Airport Transfers, trading as Prime Airport Transfer, is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged and we cannot issue a VAT invoice.
